Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Gallery Manager for a well-established Fine Art Gallery in Nottingham City centre. This role would be ideal for a confident and proactive individual.

Gallery Manager responsibilities:

To inspire, motivate and lead your small team of Art Consultants to drive and achieve sales targets throughout the year.
Overseeing the implementation and effective use of business development activities, organising promotional events, and generating interest for your gallery.
Supporting our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery.
Highly presentable and exceptionable customer service and communication skills in person and by phone.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
The ability to operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery.
Strong communication skills and a good eye for detail.
The ability to handle moderate physical duties on a daily basis.
