About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, driven Sales Representatives to join Home Fixology’s expanding team. You’ll attend pre-booked appointments (plus your own self-generated leads), carry out property surveys, present tailored home improvement solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property surveys for roofs, walls & driveways
- Present solutions and demonstrate ProPERLA products
- Prepare and deliver quotes to customers
- Close sales and manage follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell full-home protection packages (roof walls driveway)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales background (home improvements / direct sales preferred)
- Strong closing skills & persuasive communication
- Professional, customer-first approach
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and hit sales targets
What We Offer
- Base salary £24,000 – £28,000
- Uncapped commission – high earners achieve £60k+
- East Midlands (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester & surrounding areas)

Earning Potential
Typical OTE: £45,000 – £65,000+ per year. Top performers £70,000+.
