Job Title: Press Brake Setter/Operator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 27,000 - 33,000 + Shift Allowance + Overtime
Shifts: Rotating Mornings / Afternoons (8hr shifts), Monday to Friday (potential for fixed shifts)
MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR.
Manpower is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established local metal fabrication company currently expanding its skilled team. We're looking for experienced Press Brake Setters/Operators to join their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating press brake machines
- Interpreting and working from technical engineering drawings
- Working with offline and online programming
- Handling a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and gauges up to 10-12mm
- Operating in a fast-paced, varied production environment (not repetitive batch work)
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting and operating a press brake machine (not a power press)
- Good understanding of tooling types and sizes
- Comfortable with a range of materials and thicknesses
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Overtime Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
- 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday (5 x 8-hour shifts)
