We are currently recruiting a Mechnical bias Contracts Manager for a leading UK-based Facilities Management (FM) business dedicated to providing comprehensive and tailored FM solutions to a diverse client portfolio.

Job Purpose:
The FM Mechanical Contracts Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small projects across our client sites. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in a facilities management role, with a strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, and small projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work alone & as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using FM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
