  • Handling inbound enquiries and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Managing a caseload of customer queries and complaints from start to finish.
  • Investigating and resolving issues by liaising with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Keeping accurate records and updating systems with outcomes and resolutions.
  • Providing feedback to help improve customer processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or complaints handling role (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
