Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
- Handle incoming product & service requests with care and efficiency.
- Familiarise yourself with our bespoke IT platform and internal processes.
- Maintain high productivity levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Adapt to various roles within the team as needed.
- Identify and seize commercial opportunities.
- Promote innovative solutions and best practices.
- Maintain proactive communication within the group.
- Commit to self-development and training to achieve personal and company goals.
- Ensure quality work in line with company and customer standards.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Exhibit knowledge of vehicle manufacturers and models.
