Online Customer Service Advisor

We’re partnering with an exciting client who is seeking an Online Customer Service Advisor to join their Nottingham Head Office. This position offers the chance to act as a true brand ambassador—delivering outstanding service while managing a variety of customer queries, from delivery questions to return requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
