Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to work within our Lettings Department in Annesley. Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist
  • Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
  • Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
  • Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, and internal partners
  • Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
  • Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved
