It’s a dynamic position with real scope for growth and creativity.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Process customer orders and track deliveries using internal systems
- Support the marketing team with social media scheduling, content, and campaigns
- Respond to product queries, returns, and general support needs
- Work with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and online posts
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and engagement
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or marketing support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using CRM and order management tools (training provided)
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
