? Have effective conversations with our customers to understand their individualcircumstances and agree on a suitable solution from a range of options that will supportthem going forward? Understand regulatory/industry requirements when speaking with customers and ensurethat you remain compliant? By understanding the customers circumstances that led them to financial difficulty, you'llsupport, educate and signpost to external support to help set them up for success withcredit going forward? Use your judgement when assessing the right outcome for the customer? Support our customers through a range of challenging and sensitive situations takinginto account any vulnerabilities that may be present
