Temporary Customer Service Administrator 

We’re looking for extra support over the busy Black Friday period to join a fast-paced customer service team. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a busy environment.

Role details:

  • Location: Nottingham 

  • Contract: Temporary (approx. 4–6 weeks)

  • Hours: Full-time

  • Pay: £12.50, paid weekly

  • Start date: Immediate

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a high volume of customer queries via email and phone

  • Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Updating customer records and systems

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times

  • Supporting the wider team with general administration during peak trading

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service or administration experience

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to stay organised under pressure

  • Confident using IT systems and learning new processes quickly

  • A proactive and positive attitude
