Are you passionate about guiding young children through their first steps in education? Do you have a nurturing and patient approach, ready to support children with behaviour or SEND goals? We are recruiting on behalf of a warm and inclusive Early Years setting in NG2 as a dedicated 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to an EYFS pupil with behavioural, emotional, or developmental needs

  • Deliver tailored, play-based learning experiences under teacher guidance

  • Implement and monitor personalised behaviour intervention plans

  • Record and track progress, updating SENCO, class teacher, and parents

  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in EYFS/nursery environments

  • Confidence supporting children with behavioural challenges or SEND

  • Calm, patient, and empathetic demeanour

  • Level 2/3 TA or Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative team attitude
