We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive early years setting in Mansfield.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support for a child in Early Years with behavioural and/or emotional needs

  • Assist in delivering engaging play-based learning activities under the direction of the class teacher

  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and monitor progress

  • Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to create a consistent support structure

  • Encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation

? Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

  • Confidence in supporting children with behavioural needs or SEND

  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable)

  • A valid and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
