Location: NG5 - Nearby to Sherwood, Mapperley, Arnold, and Nottingham City Centre

Start Date: September 2025 - Immediate for the right candidate
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Long Term Futures are recruiting an Interventions TA to support pupils at a welcoming primary school in NG5. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children progress through focused 1:1 and small group support.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering targeted interventions in reading, writing, and maths
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum
  • Monitoring progress and feeding back to teachers
  • Encouraging resilience, independence, and positive learning habits
  • Helping children build confidence both academically and socially

We're Looking For:

  • Experience delivering interventions in a school setting, ideally KS1 or KS2
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach
  • Confidence working with pupils of different abilities and needs
  • Knowledge of phonics, numeracy strategies, or SEND support desirable
  • A proactive team player with a genuine passion for pupil progress
