Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant??Location - NG12 ?? Full-Time | ?? Start Date: ASAP on going - full time

We are supporting a primary academy school that is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join the supportive and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and experienced TA to make a real impact on children's learning and development across the school.

Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working closely with the class teacher

  • Lead small group interventions and provide 1:1 support where needed

  • Help prepare resources and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment

  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development

  • Assist in monitoring and recording pupil progress

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

  • Have experience working in a primary school setting

  • Be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic

  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
