We are seeking an Electrician for a social housing contract in Nottingham with a leading contractor.
The role involves working in tenanted properties, performing tasks such as testing and occasional rewires.

Candidates must have 18th edition, 2391 or equivalent, AM2, and a Gold Card.
Previous experience in social housing is preferred, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Nottingham with a market leading contractor. The successful candidate will be required to work in tenanted social housing properties completing work such as testing and occasional rewires.

The Electrician will receive:

70 per test (3-5 average are being completed per day)
Ongoing contract
Permanent subcontractor work opportunities

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

EICRs in social housing properties
Identify and record any defects or deviations
Occasional rewires
Monday to Friday, no weekends

The Electrician will need:

18th edition
2391 or equivalent
AM2
Gold Card
