We are supporting one of Nottingham's most respected accountancy firms in their search for a talented and driven Corporate Tax Manager. With a strong regional reputation and a commitment to client service excellence, this firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment with real scope for progression. Based in the heart of Nottingham, the firm provides comprehensive tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, property, and professional services.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients. You will lead on complex compliance work while providing tailored advisory services, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to mid-sized groups and subsidiaries of international companies. Review and deliver corporation tax computations, liaise with HMRC and ensure timely submissions. Provide proactive corporate tax planning and advisory services including R&D claims, group structuring, capital allowances, and cross-border tax matters. Support junior staff through supervision, technical guidance, and training. Work collaboratively across departments, especially with audit and accounts teams, to ensure integrated service delivery. Contribute to business development initiatives, networking, and proposals.

What We're Looking For: ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent). Strong background in corporate tax compliance and advisory, ideally from a mid-tier or top firm. Confident communicator with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ambitious and team-oriented, with a desire to grow into a senior leadership role within the Nottingham office.
