As they continue to scale, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on Credit Risk Manager or Senior Manager to join their high-performing commercial team.This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of credit risk in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment—where innovation, insight, and inclusion are key.Key responsibilities:…• Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of credit risk strategies across acquisition, account management, and decisioning.• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing credit risk team.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance to align credit risk strategies with business goals.• Own and enhance the credit risk policy framework and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.• Provide actionable portfolio insights and risk analytics to senior stakeholders.• Build and maintain statistical models (e.g., PD models, scorecards) to support underwriting and segmentation.• Leverage bureau data (e.g., Experian, TransUnion) to refine risk strategies.• Conduct exploratory data analysis and maintain high standards of data quality.Who are we looking for?...• You must have at least 8+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally in credit risk or analytics• You must have a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics)• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, plus advanced Excel skills• Experience working with large, complex data sets• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiencesWhat is on offer?...Basic salary of between £75-90,000 (depending on experience)Flexible, hybrid, and remote working optionsPrivate healthcareLong-term career growth in a scaling, mission-led organisationAre you ready to shape the future of Credit Risk?
