As they expand, they now need an experienced Finance Manager to join their team and support their evolving needs.This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside a commercially-minded Finance Director, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial responsibilities and playing a key role in the business’s ongoing success.Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly and year-end financial accounts
- Managing VAT, tax, and payroll processes
- Overseeing the day-to-day finance function, including AP, AR, and the general ledger
- Supporting audits and liaising with external advisors
- Producing regular reports for shareholders
- Leading on process improvements and finance projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong all-round financial accounting experience, ideally within an SME or project-led business
- Experience in manufacturing or construction would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficient in Xero and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a hands-on role
