This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a commercially sharp, analytically driven FP&A Lead to take ownership of financial planning and analysis for a high-performing division. It’s not about maintaining legacy systems—it’s about creating the future.

You’ll be joining a business mid-transformation: international expansion and strategic M&A are in full swing. You’ll be the architect of FP&A in a standalone role, working closely with senior leadership to design scalable, intelligent models that provide real value at board level.

About you:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with a strong academic track record and experience influencing at senior levels

  • Technically sound with a genuine passion for scalable systems, process automation, and data-led decision making

  • Preferably experience within a private equity / high growth business.
  • Proficient with tools like Power BI / Power Query, SQL, Python, R or similar to extract insights and automate reporting

  • A commercially curious problem-solver who thrives in building structure and introducing better ways of working

  • Strong communicator—capable of simplifying complex ideas and engaging effectively with board-level stakeholders

  • Someone ambitious and hands-on, ready to take the lead and grow with a fast-moving business
