ABPM are supporting a significant private equity held international services group in their search for a Group Finance and Projects Manager who has strong and demonstrable technical, financial reporting, audit, and treasury abilities.

An ideal opportunity for a robust hands-on qualified accountant who can hit the ground running to work alongside the Finance Director and has the ability to work well independently to support the group.

An insight to your responsibilities:

  • Oversee group statutory reporting and tax compliance.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting.
  • Managing group treasury function.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts and analysis for decision-making.
  • Conducting internal audits ensuing compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop internal controls and audit plans.
  • Identify areas of risk and support improvements.
  • Working closely with reporting teams.
  • Primary contact for external auditors.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects such as M&A and DD as and when required.

Do you have the knowledge and experience?

  • ACA / ACCA / ACMA.
  • System migration experience.
  • Strong statutory accounting and financial reporting skills.
