- Lead the financial planning cycle, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Deliver clear financial insights to inform commercial and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on pricing, investment, and growth plans
- Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators and reporting tools
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new business initiatives
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
- Strong experience in finance, ideally within a retail or product-led business. Multi site experience will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate it clearly
- A proactive, strategic mindset and confidence working across departments
- Experience managing and mentoring a finance team
- Advanced Excel skills
