• Managing your own portfolio of clients, including a mix of SMEs, family-run companies, and fast-growing businesses
• Overseeing the delivery of annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and financial advisory projects
• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, reviewing work, and providing ongoing guidance
• Collaborating with directors and senior management on workflow planning, team development, and business growth
• Playing an active role in identifying opportunities for additional services and client onboarding
• Ensuring high levels of service quality, accuracy, and deadline compliance

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients across sectors
• Excellent technical knowledge across accounts and tax compliance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• A confident communicator and trusted adviser, comfortable dealing directly with business owners and senior stakeholders
• Commercially aware, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and spotting growth opportunities

• £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
