A purpose-led brand. A finance team on the rise. A role you can shape.

This is one of those rare opportunities where you get to join a growing business that’s investing heavily in its future — and genuinely values the role finance plays in that journey.

We’re recruiting for a Transactional Finance Manager to join a product-led, international business that’s scaling fast. Turnover currently sits around £90m, with continued growth planned across global markets. Privately owned and values-driven, they’re investing in people, systems, and sustainability as they scale.

Why this role stands out:

  • A business with real purpose — strong leadership, sustainability focus, and a brilliant product
  • Growing turnover and a finance function that’s expanding with it
  • Clear progression opportunities as the team scales
  • A hybrid setup that works: three days in the office, early Friday finishes
  • Work closely with a high-calibre CFO and Group FC in a collaborative, no-egos culture

The role:

You’ll take the lead on all things treasury, cashflow and transactional finance, covering both the UK and international entities. Managing a team of eight across Accounts Payable, Treasury and Credit Control, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly while continuously driving process improvement.

There’s plenty of opportunity to shape how things are done — and you’ll be a key support to the Group FC as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team of eight across Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Treasury, making sure day-to-day finance runs smoothly
  • Keeping a close eye on cash across the group — overseeing forecasting, movement and availability across multiple currencies and bank accounts
  • Working closely with the Group FC on currency planning and mitigating FX risk (GBP, USD, EUR)
  • Identifying ways to simplify, automate and improve transactional processes as the business scales
  • Supporting wider month-end activity and playing a key role in preparing for year-end and audit
  • Acting as a finance point-of-contact across departments and liaising with banks, partners and payment providers

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or QBE with relevant experience
  • Strong background in cashflow, payments, and operational finance
  • Experience leading transactional finance teams
  • Exposure to international entities and FX
  • Hands-on, process-minded, and detail-focused

The package:

  • £55,000 – £62,000 + bonus (up to 10%)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (Mon, Tues, Thurs), early Friday finishes
  • EV car scheme, generous staff discount, and personal development support

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, with the support and leadership to grow — this could be a great next step.
