- Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 basic plus quarterly bonuses with a generous bonus scheme.

My client is seeking a Level 4 Qualified Financial Adviser to join their established Wealth Management firm. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in retaining business and has a proven track record of developing new client relationships as they will be given a client bank of approximately 100 clients. With their firm doubling in size over the last four years, they offer a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, with the opportunity to inherit a larger client bank later in the year, depending on performance.
- Focus on both retaining existing clients and generating new business to expand the client bank.
- Work closely with full paraplanning and admin support to maximise efficiency in client management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 4 Qualification in Financial Advising.
- Experience in client retention and new business development.
- Ability to manage and expand a client portfolio effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
