My client is an industry leading print business and a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the industry. Based at their Nottingham facility, they are currently seeking a Print Finisher to work within their busy production department.
You must be able to commit to working rotating weekly shifts – 6am – 1:30pm (Mon - Fri) 1:30pm-9pm (Mon-Fri) and 9pm-6am (Mon-Fri)
I'm looking for candidates who have experience operating MBO or Stahl folders. However other finishing experience such as Polar guillotines, Heidelberg Cylinders, Heidelberg Stitchers will also be considered as full training is provided.
The Role
- To gain a full knowledge of the range of print finishing folding equipment operated by the department.
- Undertake support tasks as required by the Finishing Manager.
- To help to achieve team and individual targets as set by the Finishing Manager.
- Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
- Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on quality and health and safety.

- Successful proven record and experience of finishing equipment
- Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
- Has a proactive approach to work
- Can communicate effectively
- Good attention to detail.
- Good time keeping and attendance.
- Flexible regarding overtime to cover sickness and holidays.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £28,275 (this includes the shift allowance) Plus benefits including early finish Friday, death in service, excellent private pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance, and much more.
