Our client are a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they're looking for dedicated Fire Project Manager to work projects involving fire safety upgrades or remedial works.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Interpreting fire safety survey reports and identifying non-compliance.
  • Writing clear, concise, and technically accurate specifications for fire door and compartmentation remedial works.
  • Accurately measuring and costing remedial works, including preparing estimates and tender documentation.
  • Managing construction projects from planning to contract administration.

We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Membership (or working towards) of a relevant professional body
  • DIPFD - Diploma in Fire Door Inspection and FSIDIP - Fire Stopping Inspection Diploma
  • Proven experience in project management and cost management within a construction context
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
