Develop new business by identifying and qualifying new customers and projects. This involves conducting thorough research and engaging with prospective customers, primarily over the phone and face-to-face, to build rapport and work deals to order receipt. This crucial role contributes directly to achieving company sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress deals through the sales pipeline, maximizing conversion rates.
  • Develop strategic deal plans and build/maintain customer account plans.
  • Utilize telemarketing and other methods to generate leads.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to existing accounts.
  • Oversee the customer journey and work with technical teams.
  • Identify large account opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Report to the Sales Director and attend daily sales meetings, preparing regular reports.
