Our client is looking for an Energy Assessor to join their well-established Energy Compliance Consultancy. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to complete various calculations and reports for Building Control applications across a range of small to medium scale developments.

To be considered for this Energy Assessor role you will have;

• BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, or similar
• OCDEA qualification
• Experience with Part L Building Regulations
• Mathematical and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills

Working as an Energy Assessor you will;

• Complete energy assessments
• Conduct SAP/SBEM Assessments
• Produce U-value calculations
• Be organised with general administration
• Support junior members of the team
• Produce Energy Statements for planning applications
• Build long lasting client relationships
