This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join a leading contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high rise residential with project values ranging from £5m - £50m.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance (£6,000)

Key Duties:
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
- Work collaboratively with the design, planning, and delivery teams
- Preparation of tenders, cost plans and budgets

Requirements:
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Conquest, Causeway, or similar)
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar estimating role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of pricing D&B projects

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as an Estimator delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £2m+.
