As the Fire Door Contract Manager, you will receive:
- 55,000 salary
- 2 pm finish on Fridays

As the Fire Door Contract Manager, you will be:
- Day to day management of the fire door teams
- Ensuring all contracts run on schedule and to budget
- Reviewing strategies, policies, and procedures and updating and developing them in line with new legislation
- Analysing reports written from the team
Qualifications / Experience:
- Extensive technical fire knowledge including fire doors
- Understanding of joinery procedures
- Contract management experience
- An understanding of social housing is desirable
- A detailed understanding of the Fire Safety / Building Safety Act
- Health and safety experience on-site
- BM TRADA qualification desirable
