JOB TITLE: Google Chrome Sales Specialist

LOCATION: Nottingham

SALARY: up to £30,000 dependent on experience + up to £8,000 bonus

SETTING: Office based with two days a week working from home

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Google Chrome Sales Specialist. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Google Chrome Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this exciting role you will play a key part in expanding XMA's Google Workspace and ChromeOS business within our existing customer base. You will leverage your consultative sales skills and deep understanding of Google solutions to identify customer needs and develop solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.  This role offers extensive ongoing, on-the-job training both with XMA and Google HQ.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Google Chrome Sales Specialist

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Grow Existing Accounts:
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing XMA customers who have previously purchased ChromeOS and Google Workspace solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell additional Google Workspace and ChromeOS licenses.
    • Track and forecast renewals for Google Workspace for Education subscriptions.
    • Maintain accurate customer records in XMA's CRM ("CE") and Microsoft CRM.
  • Develop New Business:
    • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads within the existing customer base to prospect for new ChromeOS opportunities.
    • Identify net-new Google Workspace for Education qualified leads.
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire net-new ChromeOS customers.
    • Contribute to a minimum of 8 net-new Google qualified opportunities per week.
  • Become a Google Chrome Expert:
    • Complete all Google ChromeOS training programs and onboarding processes.
    • Develop a deep understanding of ChromeOS features and benefits.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace and ChromeOS developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within account management for enterprise and education sectors. Other skills expected include:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business KPIs through high-volume cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and familiarity with ChromeOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for learning new technologies.
