About The RoleWe have an exciting position for a Parts Telesales Advisor in our busy Aftersales divisionThis role is full time at our Nottingham Head Office (no hybrid workingWhat you’ll be doing:

You’ll be answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class call experience for our Customers
You’ll be responding to emails in a professional manner
You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

Proven experience in a Sales office environment. You’ll ideally have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
You'll be a confident, enthusiastic and driven team player
Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as computer literacy
You’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as part of the team
