Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their hiring needs, wants and desires.
- Collaborate with other divisions within the business.
- Grow your own desk, market share and knowledge by networking with candidates and client.
- Consistently hit and surpass KPIs, celebrating wins and learning from challenges
