Location: Nottingham NG9
Salary: £56,000 per annum
Bonuses: Up to £7,000 per year (OFSTED and occupancy-related)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Childrenās Home Manager to lead a newly opening 3-bed EBD childrenās home in Nottingham (NG9).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the full registration and development of a new service, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Focused on delivering outstanding care, stability, and positive outcomes for young people

Lead the OFSTED registration process and prepare the home for inspection

Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing staff team

Ensure compliance with Childrenās Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment

Manage occupancy levels and budgets effectively

Work closely with external professionals and placing authorities

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD childrenās home

Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements and registration processes

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
