SAP MM Consultant, S/4 HANA Programme

Nottingham, £70,000 - £80,000

VIQU are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with VIM experience to join an established SAP Centre of Expertise. You’ll be reporting to the Buy/Plan and Manage Stock Lead, playing a key role in driving design and QA across projects and programmes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be delivering functional consulting, supporting innovation, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and innovation within the MM functional area

• Deliver hands-on SAP MM consulting on S/4 HANA projects/programmes

• Map business processes and data structures in MM

• Support cross-functional integration, particularly with SD

• Gather, analyse, and coordinate requirements with the business, producing HLDs, DLDs, and functional specs

• Run workshops and engage directly with stakeholders to drive solutions and innovation

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the function

• Manage relationships with 3rd party IT service providers

Key Requirements

• Proven SAP MM Functional Consulting experience (design, configuration, delivery)

• Strong experience in VIM

• Cross-module knowledge, especially SD

• SAP Retail experience

• Skilled in HLDs, DLDs, and functional specifications

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience leading SAP teams

• Knowledge/experience of S/4 HANA

Desirable

• Previous S/4 implementation or upgrade experience
