- Deploying Windows 11 across multiple devices efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Windows 11 rollout
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure minimal interruption during the installation process.
- Providing technical support and training to post-deployment
- Creating detailed deployment documentation and reports
- Conducting compatibility assessments of hardware and software
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to meet rollout deadlines
- Solid experience in rolling out Windows operating systems
- In-depth understanding of Windows 11 deployment processes and tools
- Experience supporting end users during desktop migrations
- Familiarity with hardware imaging, device drivers, and basic networking
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and other endpoint management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation and reports
