You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that connect with consumers and strengthen brand identity across product, retail, and marketing channels.
Key Duties
- Design impactful visuals for print, packaging, and POS materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and supply artwork to printers and suppliers — ensuring precision, colour accuracy, and print quality.
- Contribute creative input to brand presentations, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance creativity and workflow.
- Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ professional design experience (agency or in-house) – essential
- Proven expertise in print, packaging, and POS design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach with high attention to detail
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-assisted design tools
Desirable:
- Experience creating 3D product visuals or realistic mock-ups
- Basic motion graphics or digital design knowledge
- Experience maintaining multi-channel brand consistency
