Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-respected, GOOD mainstream secondary school (with OUTSTANDING 6th FORM) based in Nottingham to find a Computer Science Teacher. The school is a well-subscribed secondary school with a vibrant community feel. It boasts fantastic facilities and offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote students' engagement, helping them flourish personally and academically.

The school is seeking a Computing Science Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 & 4 Computing on a long-term basis starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic achievement and personal growth, including preparing them for GCSE and A-Level exams, while following and implementing engaging schemes of learning.

The successful Computer Science will have:

  • QTS with ICT/Computing (ECTs are also welcome)
  • Experience teaching ICT/Computing at KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to inspire and engage students
