Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 1 based in Nottingham and surrounding areas.

We have some fantastic opportunities across Key Stage 1 in Primary Schools across Nottingham and surrounding area, assisting them with covering supply bookings, both in advance (pre-booked) and for last minute sickness cover.

Supply roles can offer you a flexible lifestyle where you can choose the days you work, and help to develop experience across a number of different schools, classes and year groups.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant, with a passion and willing to support students no matter what they need.

Requirements:
* Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent.)
* Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs, particularly in Key Stage 1
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with the student, staff, and parents
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role are desirable but not essential
