My client is seeking a Office Manager to join their team based in Nottingham.

This role will be 4 days a week in the office.

This role will include:

• To ensure the smooth running of the office and provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

• To manage the operational functions of HR; including recruitment and on boarding.

• To organise Company Events, encouraging attendance and employee engagement.

• To manage office security, attendance and logistics for visitors and remote-working staff.

• To manage the diaries of the Chairman and Managing Director.

Skills:

• Professional attitude with good communication skills, verbal and written

• Organisational skills with attention to detail

• Friendly and outgoing

• Flexible and people orientated

• IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Owning key HR processes and activities

• Managing the recruitment process; liaising with managers, candidates, contractors and external recruiters

• Developing relationships with relevant organisations and universities, and attending events in order to attract graduates and promote Nexor.

• Managing on boarding activities, ensuring these are tailored to the role and the requirements of the Department

• Managing Nexor’s performance management processes in conjunction with Department and Line Managers
