HR Co-Ordinator

Bingham

Upto £33,000

This is an exciting opportunity and a brand new role within this established and expanding firm.

Responsible to the Company Directors, covering 95 staff at 5 locations across the Midlands and Yorkshire, this is a fab opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Co-Ordinator.

You will not necessarily need to have any formal HR qualifications, but you will have a good understanding of HR practices within a business.

Initially providing HR admin support across all aspects of HR and working closely with external HR Consultants... An exciting future opportunity to bring HR completely in house.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate employee data
  • New starter documentation and process checklists
  • New starter training arrangements
  • Leavers checklists including arranging exit interviews with appropriate staff members
  • Assistance with new employee documents including Contracts and issuing change letters and updated Contracts
  • Processing of sickness/absence and parental leave documentation
  • Processing Occupational Health checks as required
  • Administration tasks relating to employee probationary periods
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Administration for employee Disciplinary issues
  • Administration support with Appraisal documentation

  • High levels of organisational skills
