This Regional HR Advisor role is pivotal to the smooth running of the human resources department in a well-established industrial/manufacturing company. The successful candidate will provide key support across a range of HR functions, with a particular focus on employee relations, HR projects, and policy development.

Description
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the region.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Travel to sites within the region to support with HR needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment law.
- Manage the ER cases across the region, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievance and absence procedures.
- Address employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance as required.
- Maintain HR systems and records in line with GDPR regulations.
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits provision.
Profile
A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UK driving license.
