This Regional HR Advisor role is pivotal to the smooth running of the human resources department in a well-established industrial/manufacturing company. Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the region.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Travel to sites within the region to support with HR needs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment law.
  • Manage the ER cases across the region, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievance and absence procedures.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance as required.
  • Maintain HR systems and records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits provision.

Profile

A successful Regional HR Advisor should have:

  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
