Customer Success Manager
Experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager needed for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.
Based remotely you will manage and support new an existing clients, improving their ROI on their field marketing campaigns
You will
- Act as the main point of contact for a number of FMCG clients
- Ensuring all clients activities /issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Use data and technology to report trends and key facts - how can the campaign be improved
- Manage and fully maximise the client's budget and provide regular progress reports
- Deliver incremental business and opportunities in existing clients
- Compilation & communication of briefs & reporting in line with role
- Lead relevant team meetings & leading by example with the commercial team whilst developing junior staff in line with company expectations
Your background:
You will be a CSM or Account Manager from field marketing, FMCG or instore marketing / advertising or similar.
Great client management skills with the ability to spot new opportunities
Experience working with well-known retail brands
You can be based anywhere in the UK but need to travel to see clients on a regular basis, plus meetings in the Nottinghamshire office. As such a full UK driving licence is essential. A majority of customers are M4 / M40 corridor area
