This multi-site professional services firm are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their team. This is a brand-new role, and you will support their strategic objectives through the design, development and delivery of a range of in-house training solutions.
You will work closely with the change and project management teams as well as current learning and development partners to support BAU training for new and established colleagues. You will have direct involvement in change programmes as the business continues to expand its training and learning capabilities.
The role will require 1-2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham. This will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- As part of a team, help deliver the IT Training Strategy.
- Design and deliver training material in various different formats
- Monitor and assess staff knowledge absorption and the effectiveness of training
- Design and deliver training feedback evaluations for all training formats
- Provide effective post implementation user support for system change projects,
- Administer training courses,
Core skills & experience for this role:
- Ideally experience in a similar IT Training role
- Experience working within the Legal sector is essential
- Experience providing training on complex systems.
- Passion for learning and development
- Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications
- Understanding of key training tools and technology to design and deliver training
- Relevant training certifications would be desirable
Package:
