Role Overview:

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, managing customer complaints, handling damage claims, and ensuring returned parcels are processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:

    • Respond promptly to customer queries regarding damaged goods, returns, and complaints.

    • Provide clear and professional communication to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Claims Management:

    • Process claims for damaged parcels with couriers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

    • Liaise with courier partners to track and resolve delivery issues.

  • Parcel Inspection:

    • Inspect returned parcels to assess damage or identify any issues.

    • Record and report inspection findings accurately.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, claims, and parcel inspections.

    • Generate reports to support management in identifying common issues and improving processes.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth flow of information

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a logistics, customer service, or administration role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
