The Role

As a Town Planner, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications, appeals and site promotions

  • Deliver high-quality policy and development advice to a wide range of clients

  • Prepare reports, statements and supporting documents with accuracy and flair

  • Engage confidently with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams

  • Support senior colleagues on complex projects while developing your own client relationships



About You

We're keen to speak to planners who:

  • Hold a relevant RTPI-accredited degree (or are working toward chartership)

  • Have experience within a planning consultancy or local authority

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease

  • Are proactive, team-focused and eager to grow their expertise
