The Role: Architectural Technologist
We're looking for an Architectural Technologist to help bring architectural designs to life through detailed technical drawings and documentation. You'll use CAD and BIM software, coordinate with consultants, ensure compliance with building regulations, and support construction through site visits and design meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate 2D/3D CAD and BIM drawings
- Coordinate with consultants and design teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and technical standards
- Specify materials and resolve technical challenges
- Attend site visits and contribute to project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD (2D & 3D) and BIM standards
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
- Understanding of UK building codes and regulations
- Team player with excellent time management and communication skills
- Curious, conscientious, and open to feedback
- Passionate about delivering high-quality work
