  • Provide legal expertise and guidance across an array of varied Childcare matters, including Private and Publicly funded
  • Attend Court Hearings, conducting your own advocacy as required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team on high-quality, complex matters

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – 2+PQE
  • Children Panel Accreditation and in good standing order
  • Extensive experience across diverse Childcare matters, managing your own caseload
  • Business Development experience
