Provide legal expertise and guidance across an array of varied Childcare matters, including Private and Publicly funded
Attend Court Hearings, conducting your own advocacy as required
Work collaboratively with the wider team on high-quality, complex matters

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – 2+PQE
Children Panel Accreditation and in good standing order
Extensive experience across diverse Childcare matters, managing your own caseload
Business Development experience
