Their Commercial Property team is growing and handles an impressive range of work for an array of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and commercial occupiers.The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and high-quality caseload that will keep you challenged and engaged. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to major transactions, providing a crucial role in supporting clients across a wide range of commercial property matters.
  • Manage freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, including renewals and terminations
  • Advise on development site acquisitions and disposals
  • Handle landlord and tenant matters with confidence
  • Support clients with secured lending and property finance transactions
  • Provide property-related advice as part of corporate transactions
You You’ll be an enthusiastic and commercially aware solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and contributing to team success.
  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and transactional work
  • Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Great communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
