- Manage freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, including renewals and terminations
- Advise on development site acquisitions and disposals
- Handle landlord and tenant matters with confidence
- Support clients with secured lending and property finance transactions
- Provide property-related advice as part of corporate transactions
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and transactional work
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Great communicator with a client-focused approach
